ABSTRACT:
I will present about the reliability prediction models for Freescale (Launched by Motorola) System-on-Chip solutions with Flash touching people's lives everyday everywhere in automotive, industrial and consumer products. These state of the art reliability prediction models are necessary to keep Freescale a top supplier of System-on-Chip solutions especially to safety critical markets such as automotive.

BIOGRAPHY:
Amr Haggag, from Egypt, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1975. He received the B.S. degree in computer engineering and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, in 1996, 1999, and 2002, respectively. Since September 2002, he has been with Freescale (previously Motorola Semiconductors) in Austin, TX. He also holds chair and vice-chair responsibilities for the International Reliability Physics Symposium and the Integrated Reliability Workshop. His primary research interests include modeling of semiconductor devices and the reliability & physical CAD of semiconductor chips which integrate one or more of the following: CMOS/BiCMOS logic, SRAM/DRAM/MRAM/Flash memories, optical interconnects and others.
